Build responsibly

Do not send spam, mislead people, impersonate others, harass, infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, connect accounts without authority or bypass platform restrictions. Do not collect private profile information, scrape Facebook, evade rate limits or access another customer’s data.

AI and automation

Review drafts and only authorize rules you understand. Do not use automated messaging for unsolicited promotions or to circumvent Meta’s messaging windows. Complaints, sensitive financial topics and uncertain requests require human review. We may stop automation or suspend access for abuse.

Reporting

Report security or misuse concerns through Contact. Do not include passwords, tokens or unnecessary private messages in your report.
