Delete your account

In Settings, type DELETE to request deletion. Access is disabled and automation stops immediately. A retryable background job cancels ongoing Stripe subscriptions, attempts provider revocation, removes credentials, erases connected-account data and chat history, and anonymizes the user record. Track completion through support if provider operations temporarily fail.

Disconnect or delete data

Disconnect removes app credentials and stops future access. Delete Associated Data clears stored integration-derived information and saved AI conversations that might contain it. These actions do not delete your actual Gmail inbox or Facebook Page. Google access can also be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions; Facebook access can be removed in its Business Integrations settings.

Retained records

Billing records needed for tax and legal obligations, policy evidence and non-content audit records may be retained under the documented legal schedule. Raw IP and user-agent security evidence is purged within 90 days. Production backup expiration and the legal-retention schedule must be configured and reviewed before launch.

Requests without access

Use Contact to request deletion if you cannot sign in. We must verify ownership before taking action. Meta’s configured deletion callback also accepts verified platform deletion requests.
