Using BuiltWithinChrist

BuiltWithinChrist provides website services and a subscription digital assistant for organizations and adults aged 18 or older. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have authority to manage every account you connect. Keep access to your Google account secure and report suspected unauthorized access through our Contact page.

Your account and content

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us the limited permission to process it to deliver the features you request. Use the service lawfully, respect others’ rights, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the rules of each connected platform. Do not connect assets you are not authorized to manage.

AI and connected services

AI can make mistakes, omit context, or produce inappropriate drafts. Review its output. Recommendations are not verified account facts or professional advice. Sending, publishing, deleting and other consequential actions require your confirmation unless a separately authorized, narrowly defined automation is enabled. You are responsible for the rules you authorize and messages sent on your behalf. Third-party availability, API permissions, review approvals and usage limits affect available features.

Subscription and cancellation

BuiltWithinChrist AI is USD $27 per month, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Website and marketing projects are quoted separately. Stripe processes recurring payments. Billing begins as shown at checkout and renews monthly until canceled. Manage cancellation, payment methods and invoices in Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; deleting an account stops service immediately and cancels future renewal. Contact us for billing disputes and refund requests. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access for abuse, failed payment or legal obligations. We use proportionate measures and notify you where feasible. You can disconnect integrations, export application data, cancel billing and request account deletion from Settings. Data handling is described in our Privacy and Data Deletion policies.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, growth results or accurate AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability limitations, governing law, dispute handling, legal entity identification and business address must be finalized for your jurisdiction before launch.

Updates and contact

Material changes receive a new dated version and may require renewed acceptance. Historical acceptances are retained without silently replacing their text. Questions and legal requests can be submitted through the Contact page.
